Return Policy

At Averra, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer trial or decant sizes of our perfumes. If you are unsure of your selection, we recommend purchasing a trial size.
Full unboxing video showing all 6 sides and label is compulsory to claim a return or replacement.
Important Notes
- Perfumes are non-returnable products.
- Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Samples/Decants (10ML) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at carebyaverra@gmail.com or WhatsApp us between (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM).
Required Details for Returns
The following details are required for processing returns:
- Customer Name/Email: Your full name and the email address associated with your order.
- Order Number: The unique order number provided at the time of purchase.
- Reason for Return: A brief explanation of why the product is being returned (e.g., damaged or defective).
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned product.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be made to the original payment source. Customers may need to share their bank details if required.
- Processing Fee: A 2.5% fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Failed Transactions: For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Averra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Limitations on product quantities available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Quality defects in the product.
- Additional verification or information may be required before order acceptance.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
- To cancel your order, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to carebyaverra@gmail.com.
