Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Averra Perfumes, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed. However, to help you make the right choice, we offer trial or decant sizes of our perfumes. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we strongly recommend purchasing a trial size first.
Important Notes

Perfumes are non-returnable products.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Samples / Decants (20ML) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If a product is approved for return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are offered on fragrances that have been opened or used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
A mandatory unboxing video is required for verification.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are sent without prior approval (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after approval and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers may be asked to share bank details if required.

A 2.5% deduction will be applied towards payment gateway charges.

For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Averra Perfumes reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order, as we aim for fast dispatch.
